Donations

The Yevgeny Girel Orphans Foundation is a charitable organization, whose purpose is to improve the lives and living conditions of children living in the Russian Orphanage System. The Foundation does this through donations and fundraising events that are scheduled periodically through the year.

One hundred percent of the donations and proceeds that are raised through the Foundation's fundraising efforts go towards improving orphanages, baby homes and the living conditions of the children who are housed in them. The funds that are raised by Foundation are administered directly by the Foundation's Board, who decides on the best uses for these funds.

In recent years, representatives of the Yevgeny Girel Orphans Foundation have had the opportunity to visit numerous orphanages in Russia . During these visits, our representatives have had the opportunity to observe the condition of the orphanages and to meet with the directors of many of these orphanages individually.

As a result of these visits and other information that we receive, recommendations and requests for aid are periodically presented to the Foundation's Board of Directors. After hearing these requests for aid and conducting its own investigations, the Board decides what projects the Foundation will undertake, with the determination of need being most important factor in the process.

Warm Hearts, Warming Hands:
 Humanitarian Aid For Russian Orphans

The Yevgeny Girel Orphan's Foundation (YGOF) works to provide hope and help for the estimated 600,00 Russian children living in orphanages. Founded by adoptive parents, YGOF is a non-profit group, which completes charitable projects to improve the lives of orphaned children. Our current project is to fill duffle bags with a variety of new clothing for children up to 5 years of age. Adoptive families traveling to Russia deliver the clothing to the orphanages. The duffles are returned to us and are re-packed with donations for our next traveling family. Warm your heart by donating new clothing, shoes and outerwear to warm the lives of Russian orphans.

Vehicle Donations

DONATE YOUR CAR
ITS A WIN WIN SITUATION

Vehicle donations to the Yevgeny Girel Orphans Foundation can be an
important source of funding to our various projects. Please remember that
donating a car to the Yevgeny Girel Orphans Foundation benefits both the
donor and the children living in the Russian orphanage system. The Yevgeny
Girel Orphans Foundation is a partner with Goodwill Industries of Pittsburgh's auto auction, which has been operating its vehicle donation program for more than 15 years.

In accordance with the American Jobs Creation Act (2005), The Yevgeny
Girel Orphans Foundation provides documentation via its partnership with
Goodwill of the gross proceeds from the sale of the donated vehicles for
donors who plan to use their donations as a tax deduction. Please check
with your tax advisor for more information.

It's easy to donate your car, van, truck, motor home, motorcycle or boat to
The Yevgeny Girel Orphans Foundation. You start by calling us at

potential to be an important source of revenue to support our efforts to

homes and orphanages.
